The figure above is a graphic depiction of our formation focus this year. We have chosen 2 RC traits to fulfill: "Accompaniment" and "Reveals the Love of His Heart." Our Thinning of the Veil and Formation days will mostly satisfy the Trait of "Accompaniment." The EORs are well positioned to address "Reveals the Love of His Heart." But of course, if the guest speakers (Priest and Lay Speaker) want to address "Accompaniment," that is an option.

This year, we are tracking what is presented and learned in most formation activities. We are adding this to a curriculum map. We also have the goal of having a cohesive formation experience, meaning that everything builds upon each other and that we spiral back to reflective learning. By utilizing the planning templates provided to the EOR apostolic teams, we can achieve both of those formation goals. Please see the planning EOR fillable template for more.

We have a template for each team to use. The template is in our shared private drive, so you have access. Please feel free to provide us with the emails for the Priest and Lay Speakers, and we will add them to the document so they have editing access. Then you can share the document with them. You and your speakers can edit the document. We recommend that the Priest use (P) and the lay speaker use (LS) when they type in the document (in case we need to distinguish the notes they make from each other).
