These are the objectives for this plan of study:
Begin with Formation Day. If you were unable to attend Formation Day, first complete the exercises on the Formation Day page: the Core Values Exercise, Envelope One, Envelope Two, and Charlene's meditation, "Discovering Your God-Given Name." These give you the foundation for this activity.
Receive how you are seen. Hear from people who love you as they name the gifts, virtues, and ways of loving they recognize in you, especially the ones you may have difficulty seeing in yourself.
Find the thread. Compare what others see in you with your core values and your Envelope Two reflections, and look for the common thread that may point to your God-given name.
Bring it to prayer. Offer what you hear to the Lord as a form of confirmation. Ask whether it rings true, bears fruit, and draws you closer to Christ.
Share with your team. Come to Study Circle #2 ready to share your insights with your team so you can recognize and encourage the gifts God has placed in one another.
